  • Moral Reconation Therapy is an evidence-based program designed to help individuals make better decisions, build healthier relationships, and create a positive life path. Through structured exercises and group discussions, participants work through steps that focus on:

    • Increasing Self-Awareness – understanding how thoughts and behaviors impact life choices

    • Developing Positive Decision-Making Skills – choosing actions that lead to long-term success

    • Improving Relationships – building trust, accountability, and respect for others

    • Strengthening Moral Reasoning – aligning choices with personal values and goals

    MRT is widely used in recovery and criminal justice settings and can be voluntary or court-ordered. It is ideal for individuals seeking to change patterns of behavior, rebuild their lives, and take responsibility for their future.

  • Our Relapse Prevention Group helps individuals strengthen their recovery by identifying triggers, developing healthy coping skills, and creating a personalized plan for long-term success. Participants will learn to:

    • Recognize Warning Signs – understand thoughts, feelings, and situations that lead to relapse

    • Develop Healthy Coping Strategies – replace old habits with positive, supportive behaviors

    • Build a Strong Support Network – improve communication and accountability

    • Increase Motivation & Confidence – stay focused on personal goals and recovery

    This group provides practical tools and ongoing support for anyone in recovery from substance use or addictive behaviors. Participation may be voluntary or court-ordered and is focused on building resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change.

  • Our DBT Group is designed to help individuals build practical skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress in healthy ways. Through structured sessions, participants learn core DBT skills, including:

    • Mindfulness – staying present and aware in the moment

    • Distress Tolerance – handling crises without making them worse

    • Emotion Regulation – understanding and managing strong emotions

    • Interpersonal Effectiveness – improving communication and relationships

    This group provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for anyone seeking personal growth, emotional balance, or recovery from difficult life experiences. Participation can be voluntary or court-ordered and is beneficial for those dealing with substance use, trauma, or other mental health challenges.

  • Our Trauma Recovery Group provides a safe and supportive space to process past experiences and build resilience. Participants learn practical skills to manage emotional triggers, reduce anxiety, and create healthier coping strategies. Topics include:

    • Understanding Trauma Responses – how the body and mind react to stress

    • Grounding & Mindfulness Skills – staying calm and present

    • Healthy Coping & Self-Compassion – replacing harmful patterns with supportive ones

    • Building Trust & Connection – improving relationships and emotional safety

    This group is designed for individuals ready to heal from past trauma, whether related to substance use, relationships, or life experiences. Participation may be voluntary or court-ordered and focuses on creating strength, safety, and emotional balance.
