Individual Therapy-
In-person or TELEHEALTH, Compassionate one-on-one therapy sessions designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, or life challenges.
Court-Ordered Services: Individual therapy can also be provided to fulfill court-ordered requirements, with proper documentation and progress reports available when requested.
Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Medication Management-
Vincent Marchese, FNP
Vincent provides psychiatric medication management to support mental health treatment plans. He works closely with clients to ensure medications are safe, effective, and tailored to individual needs.
He specializes in helping individuals manage:
ADHD
Depression & Anxiety
Bipolar Disorder
Sleep Disorders
And other mental health conditions that may benefit from medication support
Coordinated Care: Medication management is often most effective when paired with counseling or therapy. Vincent works with therapists to coordinate care and support each client’s treatment goals.
In-Person or Telehealth (as approved by Vincent once regulated): Appointments are primarily in person, with telehealth options available
Peer Support Specialist:
Our peer support specialists provide a safe space to talk with someone who understands recovery and mental health challenges firsthand.
Peer support can include help with daily tasks, such as grocery shopping, organizing responsibilities, and providing accountability to complete important goals, can also assist with adapting to society, helping clients build confidence, develop social skills, and navigate community resources to improve overall independence and quality of life.
Typically meets weekly or bi-weekly, complemented by monthly Individual Mental Health Therapy sessions to ensure consistent progress and clinical oversight.

Join us for supportive in-person only group therapy sessions every week from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at our Coeur d'Alene location in Riverstone. We provide a welcoming environment for all, including those attending as part of court-ordered requirements:
Monday: Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
Tuesday: Relapse Prevention
Wednesday: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Thursday: Trauma Support
Each group offers a safe space to heal, grow, and connect with others on a similar journey.
