    We offer compassionate, personalized therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, couples counseling, and more. Using evidence-based approaches, we support healing, healthy relationships, and overall well-being.

  • Medication Management

    Schedule with our Nurse Practitioner, Vincent Marchese, for expert medication management tailored to your needs. We provide support for ADHD, Sleep concerns, depression, and anxiety to help you feel and function at your best.

  • Weekly Groups

    Weekly Therapy Groups
    Build skills, gain support, and connect with others through our evidence-based weekly groups:

    Mondays – Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)

    Tuesdays – Relapse Prevention

    Wednesdays – Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

    Thursdays – Trauma Recovery

    Building hope and confidence in recovery
